Hi All, I would love to get a list of areas/zipcodes to explore/avoid in Columbus, Ohio.Looking to invest in SFH up to $150K, B/C class locations.  

If you get your license, you still have annual fees, and classes, etc, and still have to pay your broker their cut of the listing commission.

I'd recommend that before you leave you understand the different areas, classes, products, etc.

I am also not sure what class property I will get just yet. 

I’ve gone to the city a few times for help, but they are so swamped and when they did “help” me, it felt counter productive because I waited for 3 hours (walk-in, not an appointment) and the employee was a little rude/condescending.I’ll definitely have to check out and see if they offer any of those classes/meetings because that would be great.Thank you both for your input!

Class C tenants, all working class but we have all market renters in our 22 unit building, no Section 8s, there are good tenants out there if youre patient. 

Need to paint a rental (it's a decent, midrange kind of property - not a crack house but not a mansion, a standard middle class rental).
