Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment in Springfield.

Purchase price: $95,000
Cash invested: $1,400,000
Sale price: $2,300,000

Ground-up development of "Class A" SFR Lease to Own portfolio. Sold to commercial investor at 7.3% CAP.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted to take advantage of high demand Class A rental market & avoid competitive Spec Build market.

Standard Construction Financing rolling over to 15 year fixed
