-What is the price range for property managers and general contactors?

I have a 60 unit storage facility with a U-haul dealer located in Edgefield, SC and I’m considering to get a management company to replace the ESS system i have.

As others noted, moving ownership into an LLC alone will not do anything.Once you have 3 or more, you can refinance them into a commercial blanket mortgage.

Not good.Having said that, we at times will install a property management company into a client's world so they can defer into an IRA or 401k by creating the necessary earned income.

I was wondering if any can recommend any good property management companies in the area for SFH's, duplexes, 4-plexes? 

If you simply want to "get involved in it" I would suggest seeking out local, licensed property managers who are hiring.

And the property managed by a "preferred property manager" instead of buying a turnkey property through a trusted provider and keeping everything under the same roof.Would love thoughts from fellow turnkey providers, lenders and investors.Is the trend going in the DIY direction nowadays more than prior years?
