Listsource is probably the best way to pull a quick, cheap accurate list... and I think it'd be hard for anyone to argue that agent pro is better for that purpose.I've used listsource to build an offer letter campaign but my primary lists are tax delinquent lists directly from the county.  

I'm also beginning a long distance wholesaling campaign in Houston with a Houston based investor who is running a wholesaling intere ship of sorts.

Eventually helping you run your own direct mail campaign and buy your own deals.

Just to add my 2 cents: I would recommend sending a campaign of 5-7 different pieces, 3-5 weeks apart from each other.

Currently working on building another list with different criteria and different area to expand my marketing campaign.

I feel like this should go in the success stories because after dragging my feet for *months* and being interested for years, I finally sent out my first direct mail campaign last week!

Also have a gameplan, checklist of things to do before you campaign, and scripts for processing leads if you want.
