Yeah I like to lock with my clients for 45 to 60 days with lenders especially with STNL because spreads are tighter.It make a bigger difference jumping 15 basis points on a 105 spread versus a 300 and affects the DSCR spread and amount down.

She is simply asking for a receipt so she can prove her rent was paid to whoever she needs to prove it to.I think you are making a bigger deal out of this then it has to be.
