What ive done in the past is go to big box stores, home depot, lowes, sears, etc....  

I have yet to purchase a refrigerator, washer, and dryer for my first investment property and would like to know whether I should stick with big retailers like Lowes, or shop at local appliance stores? 

There is a floor leveler you can buy at home depot or lowes (or any flooring store for that matter) that you can mix and apply to the heavily damaged areas or low spots.

New flooring throughout, new appliances, fresh paint, new/refinished drywall, new bathroom vanities, new interior doors, new garage door, new ridge vent, painted kitchen cabinets.

Hit up any big box store for their weekend deals.

Also, mobile homes do require specific materials which may need to be bought at your local mobile home supply store.
