A reverse osmosis system (for your drinking water taps only) will take care of the sodium, it's not a huge concern unless you have high blood pressure or on a salt restricted diet.

Then again... the water & gas are shared utilities...Anyways, we reached out to planning and zoning and got the following response:... 5 units would not be approved at this location under current zoning and neither would apartments.
