Hello BP Nation(just heard that this morning on a podcast)I'm looking for a real estate agent in the Bowling Green, Kentucky area that I can work with to find a house to do a live-in flip.

As a general rule, all of the national sources have aged data as compared to you going to the local county offices and abstracting the fresh information yourself.  

It is a small park with 10 units in Boise, ID.

Are there any mobile home park investors who live in NYC or surrounding areas?

I heard Sean Snaith from UCF speak last week at the National Entrepreneur Center regarding the economy... if some don't see the correction coming then they are not looking.

Some other misc items that you may want to specify are daily time schedules, dumpster location, contractor's parking locations, and that any neighbor concerns be considered.If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

Really anything North of 10th between Marion and Cliff is in that ball park (which is a lot).
