Hi guy!!
Want to get your professional opinion on what are the must ask question and must to fill out contracts for hiring a general contractor?
Do I need these contracts for a Attorney or is there a place on web where I can find these forms?

An atorney is not required, but is not a bad idea. All too often something can go wrong along the way and having every detail in writing will help. There are some good templates online, and more than likely the GC will have their own contract that they always use.
If you do decide to go without an attorney make sure there are a few items on the contract regardless. Total contract price, payment schedule, time of completion, make sure all change orders are in writing and include additional amount, make sure GC is licensed and insured, make sure all of their subs are licensed and insured, make sure that all items are completed to code, make sure that materials are specified (ie marble, ceramic, travetine, etc...)
Some other misc items that you may want to specify are daily time schedules, dumpster location, contractor's parking locations, and that any neighbor concerns be considered.
If you have any other questions feel free to ask. Hope this helpful and good luck!
