Did you setup a website for the property with photos, video walk-through, financial information, information about the area (demographics, highways, public transportation, schools, shopping)?

The website allows us to take application online as well as post our YouTube walk through videos right on each unit listing. all of our marketing is online and rentec put our listings out on most of the major rental sites. in all of our facebook ads we link our website.

cant think of anyone, people that do one generally never bother with the other. it takes a lot to get the inspectors license in MA so most contractors never bother.
