Contractor/Home Inspector in Worcester MA area
Dear BP friends,
I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a contractor who is also a licensed home inspector around the Worcester MA area. The reason for needing both talents is so that I can come up with a rehab budget and get home inspection done. This way I can close fast with a budget in mind. I already found a deal, so I'm ready to do business immediately.
Considering this is going to be my first deal, perhaps not such talent is available? Should I just hire the home inspector and try to find a contractor who can go on the home inspection tour together? What do you think?
Thanks!
