Hi @Tim BraunI would call as many lenders as you can and just make apples to apples comparisons.

The military is growing and migrating west bringing more jobs, New Bio Tech hub is being built in Downtown, Apple buying in Rancho Bernardo, the Chula Vista bay front Development, Amazon HQ, etc.

My Insurance Broker almost always go with them because they are usually the cheapest.Compare your coverage and make sure they are apples and apples.

Here in Bama our stay home order will be relaxed on 4/30, but it won't be totally lifted.

Figure out what those lower-level tasks are that can be subcontracted out, allowing you to start the next project while a handyman (or GC) is doing the heavy lifting.

But eery landlord does it slightly differently - some pay no utilities. some mow the lawn, some don't, some pay water, some don't, etc, so I think it's very difficult to get an exact apples to apples comparison.
