I currently have 8 rental properties. Some are just multi family others are mixed use commercial with residential, but they are all under one policy. I am tring to shop around for a better price but have not had much luck with going directly to an insurance company. 

Does anyone have any suggestions for an insurance company that would handle a portfolio like mine?
