I would argue it is 50 months of cash flow lost.

I had to argue with my Aunt on my (to her) high market evaluation of the house.

While you could argue that most of them don't want it setup automatically because they don't know when exactly their bank account will have the funds, I wish Buildium would take a more pro active role in steering the customer down the most desired path.

Hey all,I am just starting out and am fully immersed in the typical literature although still trying to get my hands on the ABC's of Real Estate Investing.  

They have argued that different groups allocate a greater proportion of their income to accommodation costs.

I would argue that the rental applications they filled out are your property as is any and all written communication between tenant and PM.

@Xavier G. remember, my maintenance and capex are going to be extremely low for several years as I have just rehabbed the entire property and the taxes are low due to buying the property at 70% ARV (argue your taxes with your purchase contract, pictures and rehab costs).
