I know its possible to send contracts to the property seller to sign electronically as many whole sellers do deals virtually.

These include but not limited to increasing rental income by increasing rents, increasing occupancy percentage, providing coin operated laundry machines etc.

@Kyle J.Hey Kyle thanks for the input.The monthly subscription plan I have gives me access to deal machine, podio, auto dialing and skip tracing and nighly meetings going over everything It also includes a team leader/mentor who goes over everything and help analyze our deals So far it seems great and I'm thankful for all the feedback on this forum.
