I know its possible to send contracts to the property seller to sign electronically as many whole sellers do deals virtually.

@Kyle J.Hey Kyle thanks for the input.The monthly subscription plan I have gives me access to deal machine, podio, auto dialing and skip tracing and nighly meetings going over everything It also includes a team leader/mentor who goes over everything and help analyze our deals So far it seems great and I'm thankful for all the feedback on this forum.

50% of the new investors I talk to live somewhere that's not affordable as a rental market.They want to invest but feel handcuffed by the high prices and competition around them.I say "dude, you need to pick a new market and invest virtually!"
