New Investor from Maine

Hello Everyone!

My name is Zach Stephens from Maine and I recently joined BiggerPockets. I have been interested in getting into real estate ever since reading, you guessed it, Rich Dad Poor Dad, but have never really taken any action.

I figured I would start by introducing myself here to get a bigger network of investors to bounce ideas off of. I am really excited about the potential of real estate and want to surround myself with people who could possibly help me.

My main goal is to become financially free. I don’t know exactly what niche I want to get into at the moment but I did buy the Ultimate Beginners Guide recently and plan on diving into that as soon as possible.

I currently have two jobs and bought a condo with my brother and recently have explored the idea of selling it and investing into a duplex where I could live in one unit and have a tenant in the other. This is sort of where I’m at right now.
