By and large properties in Montgomery County and Howard County do not sell at enough of a discount on the MLS in order to flip...so flipping in those areas takes a system of finding the properties off market.

That's really the question.If the buyer does have a system for inspection, title research or other due diligence and leaves this up to wholesaler/intermediary, then you ought yo oasis until you are comfortable with putting am process in place.The wholesaler is negligent in being clear, IMHO.

I amy be a bit biased, but after working with investors form all over the globe, the one thing I have learned is that the venture is largely hinged on the front end of the transaction that utilizing a reliable higher local provider with sophisticated operations and systems not just plans of how they will help you acquire, repair and pas you along to a magnet company.

I know this is probably elementary for most people here but I want to make sure I do this correctly.My day job puts me in the unique position of seeing lots of distressed houses all over central FL which seem to be abandoned.
