If you haven't saved the funds to move you also don't have a savings to cover medical or car bills and we are only a single emergency away from not paying rent.

I do see potential with lots of medical centers, businesses, close to JAX airport,  very close to nice beaches so there appears to be a few different rental markets to tap into.The over analyzing of scenarios has held me back.

Killeen has the military base, Temple is a much higher income area because of medical professionals at Baylor Scott White and the VA hospital.

I had thought that calling the EC would be more for medical emergencies but I would like to know your opinion on that for sure!

Aloha,Depends on the actual verbiage of your Rental Agreement, but "NO Smoking" means no smoking...of cigarettes, pipes, lawful medical marijuana (they can get edibles), ditchweed, or any other tobacco products, and they would be in violation of the terms as stated.

I can't make a single person who has ever said "yeah, my schooling was really useful for my career" beyond medical professionals.
