Aloha,Depends on the actual verbiage of your Rental Agreement, but "NO Smoking" means no smoking...of cigarettes, pipes, lawful medical marijuana (they can get edibles), ditchweed, or any other tobacco products, and they would be in violation of the terms as stated.
