If so, how long is the lease option and would the attorney be required to submit a "Notice of Proposed Action" to the heirs? 

He did not seem remotely appreciative of my offer.This tenant has been resistant to my policies from the beginning, and seems to take any action on my part as aggressive.

If they are that sensitive, good luck with your inspections.

Some people are not capable of putting together all the knowledge they have gathered and translating that into action.

It is a passion of mine, but I do try to remain sensitive to how my husband feels about it. 

If these are truly dog properties and their listing agreement is about to run out then I would say that the best course of action is to let them sit.Other than that I'd go directly to the source and not complicate things with proposing MLOs to listing brokers.

Which basically means that there must be some sort of internal hearing process where the accused person has the right to defend her actions.
