Good evening guysI live in CA and wants to invest out of state purely for cash flow after BRRRR what market do you suggest?

Rememebr no one sent them to the site, they went out of pure personal pain that needs to be solved).

I have been looking for properties in College Station/Bryan area purely as investment, but have decided to make a shift and move to Austin.

I joined eXp Realty purely for the flexibility to do sales part time. 

It is a purely self-serving, microscopically short-sighted here-and-now gimmie-gimmie-gimmie I-want I-want I-want action, that is it.    

With all my property's paid for, most all of the rents are pure profit-no mortgages to pay, and it makes it easy to buy 1 or 2 more a year for cash.  

Do you find yourself more drawn to the pure income markets near you like Pottstown & Norristown, or stronger population/economic growth markets where you give up some of the income for a better chance at strong capital gains like the neighborhoods surrounding Center City or a town like Conshohocken where a lot of young professionals seem to be congregating?

What that ignorant, stupid misleading pile of dog feathers guru told you about your shame exits from a contract is pure, and I mean pure, BS, do I really need to spell out BS for you?

My husband and I are in the process of closing on our first property in NY, and its a pure rental/investment property with existing tenants (3 unit multifamily).

I am actually in the process of obtaining my real estate license, even though I don't plan on becoming an agent, purely for investment and referral purposes.
