Since stumbling on the page, I've acquired a fixer upper duplex here in ANC that cash flows, as well as successfully completed a BRRRR (The link to my BRRRR post is on my profile).

Another thing to note that will be hard to compare is that not everyone’s profile will be the same (your credit rating, your history of any and all claims in the past three years, etc.) 

As a result, I'm being pushed West from where I reside (downtown Chicago) and focusing on areas with a more attractive tax profile.

Just have to be wary of the cost.Your profile mentions investing in areas/states without a state income tax(Washington/Texas).
