I rent out 4 of the 5 bedrooms here and live in the 5th.Lets say I want to go get an apartment/studio in order to increase my productivity and eliminate distractions, and rent out my 5th bedroom.Let's say I want to sell the house at any time within the following 24 months.The 2 out of 5 year rule still applies right? 

September was slow (which from what I hear is typical) and we were only about 30% booked.

I've left several messages with various service interruptions but the issues keep happening I have been getting slow page loads today but no error messages.

I don't really notice too much change in the Winter months, maybe a bit of slowing in the number that move out, but parsing through many years of data, I don't see any identifiable patterns of slowing rentals when it gets cold and blustery. 0Having said that, I have been seeing extremely strong rent up in the past 3 months.

My general impression is that the process is slow.
