Does anyone have experience with Rent Help MN? I've been speaking with an older lady whose tenants owe over $25,000 in rent.  If I solve this problem she will sell me her duplex for cheap.  SOS!

@Tucker Mortier I don't have any expirence with them.  My general impression is that the process is slow.  I'd contact them directly and find out what it takes to get a claim started.  I'm guessing that they will not deal with you directly but start with contacting them.  Here's there FAQ's https://www.renthelpmn.org/lea...

I'd suggest you sell the tenants.  They can get all back rent, plus possible help with utilities and 3 future months of rent.
