Since, I am paying the taxes and insurance upfront for year 1, which is collected from the borrower, when will the end investor have to collect to ensure these expenses are paid in year 2 and beyond?

I closed on a 13 unit in Pittsburgh at the end of September and paid 5.12% on a 30yr amortization, 10yr term.  

He had pre-vetted valuation of the Pool of REOs.

We paid cash.

Our property had shown signs of termite damage to a structural beam during the initial inspection, and I paid for both a structural engineer (to verify the beam’s integrity was sound) and a termite inspector (to verify there was no active infestation).  

. - you will have to prove source of funds for the purchase - if you opened any new unsecured debt when purchasing the home then that debt must be paid off when cashing out. 

It will be fully paid off in about 2 years. 

Dont why want to get paid?

Have them respond when they are done and the house is locked up.I also recommend pre-screening them with some questions.
