Current commercial multifamily lending rates?
I own a duplex so I'm familiar with the conventional rates, but I'm now looking at multifamily units of 4+. I need to know what the current going rate range is for commercial. I'm looking lately at 6-10 units in the Central Valley CA. I need the rates to plug into my analysis as I review properties. I'm not ready to buy this minute, but will be shortly. Can someone enlighten me?

I’d use 6% in your underwriting in you’re doing under 1M. For larger loans rates are better, we are closing some large deals in LA with 4.5% 30 year am, 5 years fixed.
