I am looking for a market for SFRs within 3 hours of Austin / Round Rock where the price to entry is 90k-120k for B Class areas.

My out of pocket expense thus far is $1200.00 for cleaning carpet, replacing carpets, new flooring, sheet rock etc etc.The question is do I let this tenant off the hook or hold their feet to the fire and deduct it from his security deposit?

I have 2b/2b fully furnished condo in Indian Rocks Beach that is  currently available for short or long term rentals.
