I also happen to have a licensed plumber "in my back pocket" (my spouse) and therefore have access to many other contractors and subcontractors.I look forward to networking and learning on BiggerPockets.com!

I have large inventory of houses throughout California, I need help finding buy and hold investors or fix and flip. How can I find these type of investors?

There will be a wealth of knowledge there and a fantastic opportunity to network and meet these folks face to face.

It will also get you networking with people who know investments, handymen, etc etc etc.

Adam, I think you should take a few trips down to your local REIA and see if you can network with some local people in your market.Secondly, rummage through the treasure chest here on BP, they have some great post in previous threads in blogs that relates directly to what you want to do.
