If your cashflow doesn’t include those numbers you are just playing the appreciation game.

If you know it is a great deal and fits into everything financially, play a little chess, hedge your bets and give it to the seller easy.

They need fear for control, and we’ve never seen the mask off so much, and DJT trying to win both sides before an election playing this up with the MSM.

It has only been a little over a year and so I feel it's still early to make a good guess on how things will play it, especially since we are dealing with unprecedented times.

It's kind of a "trust us" play and those usually are false.As an investor I would take the approach of how you do anything is how you do everything.
