Id love to hear anyone else's experience using a VA Loan for a small multifamily property (2-3 units) and any tips on what to avoid or make sure to do!

I am not sure though how to find those kind of partners and how attractive that would be to others.Going the rental route seems like a good way for me to go also but I'm not sure if I can scale it and make it cash flow with the prices and interest rates.I would love to hear any thoughts or ideas on what I've been thinking.

One thing I love about the "midterm rental" is that people pay elevated prices but often book for long periods of time- in your case, 12 months.  

ZIRP (zero interest rate policy, for all you young Dudes out there). ie when banks were lending at ultra low interest rates apartment builders jumped on the cheap capital to build that lovely new multifamily apartment building in a town near you.But not every town.Dallas, Phoenix, Charlotte, Houston, will boom in 2024.

I really appreciate the share.Buying that volume of Chicago tax liens has to be a good long-term play...I'd love to understand their strategy and thought process.For those who didn't want to do the math that is $4,000 per tax lien which just seems ridiculous lol
