Hi, I have just joined the BiggerPockets after reading "How to Invest in Real Estate". Excellent book 📕 I'm looking forward to learning more and possibly collaborating with other investors on short-term and long-term rentals in Northern Virginia. I'm interested in getting into house flipping as well. I'm also a licensed Realtor in Virginia with Real Broker LLC
