there are hassles in any industry you go into; there's hassles in SFH & Condo; as a matter of fact, there's hassles in life in general...marriage is one of them.but do the pros exceed the cons?

Even after looking at all the data and listening to the top people in the industry. 

Conversely, capitalists or libertarians will say that the government will be ineffective at redirecting tax payer dollars efficiently in solving these problems that require non-governmental industry experience and knowledge.

With the industry coming here like TESLA and Switch there is some good potential.

May not be courteous, might even be against "industry standards," but she's being fair.Put yourself in her position.

In an industry where we deal with irrational tenants, a thank you from an investor can make the day of the individual who received the praise.  

Once I learn how to find deals and have enough capital, I can choose whether to wholesale, fix and flip, BRRRR, or buy and hold.I have the time, the drive, the curiosity, and what I would like to consider a working knowledge of the industry; all I need is experience.

One thing I liked about his conference was that over and over and over he preaches to follow the SEC regulations or risk trouble for yourself and maybe the entire industry.
