Not quite sure what to expect but this is all happening just around the time I decided to start my REI journey (albeit I’m still in the education and money accumulation phase).Wondering what MA is like from an investor perspective (I’ll be living in Everett), best way to go about understanding a new market, and looking to meet some new friends!

Whenever he needs money for the first draw or for "pre-ordering materials to be used for the second phase" he's Johnny on the spot with communication and texts/emails/calls even after his supposed "I don't answer calls or texts after 5:30 so I can keep my wife happy" rule.  

@Quinn OlivarezWe haven’t narrowed it down to any specific school or area, just in the information gathering phase to see if it would be the right fit for us.

I have installed all phases of building, from running heavy equipment to patching roofing, Installing a designing HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical , sewage etc.

Hi Everyone, I'll be sending my first mail campaign to owners in the pre-foreclosure phase.

I wonder if the stock issues were during that phase?
