I would begin my research by selecting some targeted areas and then seeing how much property values declined in those areas between 2006-2010.

The sellers agents have even been impressed sometimes mistaking us for real estate agents. 

He seems like a pretty down to earth guy from first impression (only been to 1 meeting so far) but being new and not having experience it made the hurdles appear alot larger.

We'll see if there's a problem, but even just the way they have a secure, organized online system for disclosure submittal is impressive, some other banks actually have no security whatsoever, they want you to email identity theft bait unencrypted!
