Dayton is early in an economic growth cycle.

In regards to research I have done, I have found Phoenix to be an investing market, there are a lot of areas that are showing strong rental growth such as Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale and even Glendale and Peoria to the west.

And you want to have your investments in areas that are growing -- having all of the students around creates job growth and many times alumni get internships or long term jobs in the same cities they went to school in.
