Down the road I would be very interested in a much larger property but want to make sure I can handle the ownership/management of some smaller ones first.My wife is very risk adversed which makes this first purchase quite the battle at times but I am very confident we will be successful and grow our portfolio over time.I look forward to meeting and interacting with everyone!

When I walked through the house to look at it the dogs definitely used the bathroom in the garage and chewed up 75% of the trim throughout the house and my dogs while inside by themselves they ate through the drywall in a few places in the house and this is where my biggest concern is that mold from the dogs urinating on the walls and the moisture seeping in and not being noticed and mold growing from there.
