Hello,I have been investor of single family but my future plans were uncertain so always stayed in rental house myself :( Now, I decided to settle down in Folsom, CA but as usual, price is looking too high. 

I am recently enlightened to the world of commercial real estate investing and excited about the future.

They'll usually know the story about the park and any future work you may need to do.

With a list of local real estate attorneys from the network, I am seeking to bring one or two onto my team for inquires and future dealings.

I already have a SFH I bought with my sister also in the Bay Area but this one is just for me and the future wife.

(I am now getting Quickbooks online setup, so we should be good to go in the future.)But I also had a dream that once I had a partnership I wouldn't have to break-down all the income and expenses by property for the tax return each year.

My goal in the future is multi-family, but currently my husband is not completely on board (he hasn't said that, but I can tell he's less than enthused with my REI aspirations--he's skeptical).
