It's essentially an hourly rate for your time....nothing more, nothing less aside from fostering a relationship.

When I was a teacher, I thought like an employee and looked forward to checks every month with no regard for getting extra income.

There are several different employee types here. 

Yes if it's an emergency and her fridge went out and is waiting for a new delivery otherwise.. over accommodating and soundsKeep a list of odd and out of bound type salutations and compare with company policy and write up the employee for the infraction if your permitted to do that.. if a verbal, correction to policy isn't enough.But watch your back,, they could be making a list about you also..

I setup an SD 401k (it is a trust setup through Sunwest Trust, as recommended by this forum), a 401k plan under an existing LLC with myself as the sole employee.
