Yes if it's an emergency and her fridge went out and is waiting for a new delivery otherwise.. over accommodating and soundsKeep a list of odd and out of bound type salutations and compare with company policy and write up the employee for the infraction if your permitted to do that.. if a verbal, correction to policy isn't enough.But watch your back,, they could be making a list about you also..
