I just finished the book and now have my first STR under contract on Galveston Island.

This is on Kauai and it’s a small island.

I'm thinking that adding a a countertop, sink, stove/oven, and refrigerator on the wall of the Workshop and the Bathroom and then putting a island with some nice lighting overhead could make the space really nice.

I don;t care how many will disagree with me.And here is why they will disagree with me.I am from Curacao, an island in the Caribbean with Crystal clear water.Now consider someone from NYC and myself both go to Florida to visit the beaches.I would say Yuk look at that milky water.

I sold off all my STRs in NYC a few months ago and I'm looking to re-invest the proceeds in Jersey City/Baltimore BRRRRs and Long Island flips. 

Guam is such a small island without that much development - good luck finding someone who knows about it specifically, but maybe someone who knows the overriding laws for u.s. territories in general.

Hi @Bill Sonzogni ,I'm out on long island and did a rebuild last yr.

I am interested in bailing out homeowners in foreclosure in my Long Island New York area, and arranging an agreement where I become the homeowner's new lien-holder, with more favorable terms.

After all the obstacles, I was able to buy a house in Staten Island 2 weeks ago,  I am living in one unit and plan to rent out the other unit.  

(Bettendorf, Rock Island, Moline, Davenport).I've been investing and managing properties in the Quad Cities for several years now (just over 6).
