Educating myself (not a "get rich quick goof ball").

If you've seen a fluff piece online, a late night infomercial, or the latest email from a guru promising quick riches, reality will leave you high and dry.Beginning to make money in RE can take months of dedicated effort, and you need a lot of knowledge to avoid the traps.

Not filthy rich...but ok, and can continue my new rei only career.

I am surfing the boards and reading here and there. just read another thread and rich dad poor dad has been mentioned.

Truth is, only middle-class folk are worried about relying on other people -- rich folk build empires through other people.It's a common misconception, but fatally flawed.That said, you need to get income, so if you can get a construction job go for it.

I for one am glad all of you are here at the forum.Let's all get rich, whaddya say?
