As a first-timer, find a loan officer who knows REI inside and out, offers competitive rates, and communicates well.

I have honestly been very disappointed with the general lack of communication with many of the turnkey providers.

We work closely with a company that will perform "remote closings" on site, as well as "mail away" closings for signatures, and the money side can all be done via wire transfer.Before you expend a lot of money and effort, establish some partners and systems to make everything more simple and efficient.

I had great communication with the transaction coordinator there, who sent me inspection reports, photos, and answered some of my questions/concerns.When I closed on the property, it was not yet rented. 

I am not one to put myself out there without all the facts so I have held back from posting and communicating on BP, despite every podcast telling me to do so.

As I have many check in and check outs on same day I'd like to make things as efficient for housekeeper as possible.I have a checkout time of 11AM and check in of 4PM.
