Florida Real Estate Agent Questions!!!
I have two questions: First, what is the difference between an real estate agent and a real estate broker? My second question is if i have a real estate company where i have a sales specialist that will be selling the properties i flip. Can he/she go to the closing and sign as a company employee? basically do i need to always be there. If he/she cant can they possibly fax me the documents i need to sign. I want to run a real estate company but i will not always be there for all the closings.
