If it is bad enough they may help with any inconveniences for the tenant.I also compensated the tenant for their energy bill since they had to run industrial dryers for a couple of days to dry everything out.

After the inspector left, while uninstalled because of drywall drying, the toilet mysteriously was dropped on it's side shattering with major water spillage and going down into basement.

I can see a wet band along the bottom, but without knowing how long it's been wet and how far the moisture has penetrated the panels, it's difficult to gauge their long-term condition.I would try letting it dry out and see what you got.
