I was looking at crime data for the past few months and I was shocked to see that white settlement had a lower crime rate than Hurst, Euless, or Bedford (mid cities areas that I consider to be better than white settlement).  

That includes the entries and public areas and hallways.

It sounds like a really good idea to get the data when homeowners are just behind, before they've even received a notice of default.

It might be easier to work with the county master data file rather than discrete card data.

And I am trying to learn more about an entry point, or starting level in real estate, rental properties and the like.I did work briefly as a sales-man in El Paso Texas, long enough to learn the basics of salesmanship, and decided not to go all in on memorizing the specifications on the products I was supposed to be selling, and rehearsing the companies sales pitch for door-to-door sales, or telemarketing.The problem I am having isn't so much a business plan/game plan, as it is initial financing to get the ball rolling.

@Jeff Fairchild I don't think anyone is going to give you that data because it's fairly expensive to determine those metrics.Here's a rule of thumb for Adwords.  

Its overwhelming.I would love some advise on how to best move through all this data and on to good purchase leads.
