I’m looking to exit the Airbnb business, and would like to lease to Assisted Living Facilities, nothing bad about Airbnb, it just becoming a job, and I’m an investor.

Rent roll inflation is common, as well as assumed loan rates by seller, or whatever they cooked up to come up with their advertised cap rate, so pay attention to the little details, and assume nothing.

Hey guys,  I'm putting together a plan for a boat and rv storage facility in my area. 

Below are the two largest that I found.Boulder City Hospital - 400 employeesBureau of Reclamation - 1,000 employees (including those working at the Hoover Dam and related facilities)Boulder City is a relatively small city, with a population of just over 15,000 people.I believe they have restrictive building codes to limit growth.Many people live in southeast Henderson and commute to Boulder City.

One is "clean the cooking equipment ventilation ductwork".

From my sole opinion, I would think that the demand would be absolutely ludicrous because of the many medical facilities and college campuses around the city, but I have never done research on this market in particular.2.)
