Today would be a great day to deploy birddogs that have children there taking trick or treating to keep there eye out for the vacant/abandoned properties in every hot rental/flip market in the country....I bet the leads would be out the roof!!!

She is a single mother with 3 children, the youngest (2) just went threw sugery on his head at U of M...

My grandmother has only 4 children still living and then 11 grandchildren.

You mentioned fine schools - few people with children move during the school year, unless they are staying in the same district.

The City of Virginia Beach regulates adults but not children.
