There are the most amount of car dealerships up and down US 19 in Clearwater and it goes for miles and miles so if you had to jump back into where you left off that should not be an issue.

. ☕️🍩🍵🌮.So it here I am In a nutshell-25 year old - 40,000 clean after taxes ( single )-Live at home rent free-Payed off all credit cards-Payed off car loan-Currently only have about 5,000 in the bank ( just started going positive after paying off debt )-Saving all earnings every month ( 3,000 after taxes, a month low balling a bit )-Work 12 hours - 6 days a week ( 😐 )-Credit is at 690- 700 last time I checked ( 1 month ago )-First time buyer -Interested in multi family investing minimum 2 units + . ( cash flow ) don’t plan on living in it.

@Tyler Work - it was odd because the city spokeswoman said they have no issue with someone renting out up to five individual rooms in their home which to me is more disruptive to a neighborhood with all the cars, etc.

@Marcus Auerbach,I have had very mixed experiences.. personally, I don't like rentals near my house, because it's so easy to to identify them-- they're the ones with overgrown bushes and poorly maintained lawns, and probably 3+ cars.

That one umbrella policy now goes over and above the base policy on your rentals, your car insurance, your personal home, etc...So, no the umbrella policy is not designed to protect one property from each other.
