So I sent out an application for SmartMove for my potential tenant to be screened.

This was originally advertised as a rental this winter/spring but got no applicants willing to rent at a price point that makes sense for me in terms of cashflow so I decided to sell.

Also, just contacted Ken Rishel of Rishel Consulting Group (via John Fedro) about requirements vis a vis compliance and legally seller financing in light of the new regulations.
