What's your children's education worth? 

Depending on what bank owns it you may have bills for water, sewer, grass cutting, etc. since the house went into foreclosure, maybe a year or two worth of bills. 

  ( Meaning if you sell it in 5 years it will be worth a little bit more.) 

If you’re net worth is over a $1M, get an umbrella policy.

I think $200-$300 per opening around here is a fair quality installation price including window and casing the window trim in aluminum.For what its worth I ended up doing it myself.

It may be worth asking why they say you need 15% if the guidelines allow as low as 5%?

Just general experience that they pretty never cover 100% of what "I" want, and ALWAYS have "too many clicks" or an interface that doesn't work for me...For what its worth, setting up Excel for this isn't that bad. 

My question is at what point is it not worth it to use this as a rental?
