Good info so far, surprisingly, and the energy is great for getting motivated to take action, but WOW - what a crazy hard sell for a VERY expensive coaching program!

I used to wonder why the guy on Flipping Vegas uses a different realtor in every episode.

Is anyone really actively investing in Vegas consistently?
