Hello all,

I'm a fairly new investor in the Southern Maryland area. I'm interested in fix and flips. If you all have any leads or properties that you want to sell then let me know. I'm working on a flip currently that will be complete early May and I'm also a landlord of a SFH. Looking to build my portfolio is what lead me to Biggerpockets.
